Refund policy

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. We don't offer cash refunds except where an item arrives faulty or damaged. Please get in touch before sending anything back.

Handmade pieces are covered by a 6-month repair/restoration warranty against manufacturing faults. This doesn't cover normal wear and tear or water damage. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Workshop and class bookings are non-refundable, but can be credited toward a future session with notice:

• 6-week wheel-term workshops: 14 days' notice required for a credit.
• Hand-building workshops: 48 hours' notice required for a credit.
• One-off event workshops: 1 week's notice required for a credit.

By attending an in-person workshop, participants acknowledge the physical nature of working with clay and equipment, and take part at their own risk.
